Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March, 2026, The Odessa Elderly Housing Corporation Board of Directors will hold a Regular Meeting at 11:45 A.M. in the Board Room of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center located at 125 E. 2nd Street, Odessa, Texas 79761. A quorum of the Board will be physically present at this location. One or more Commissioners/Board Members may participate remotely by video conference pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.127. The meeting will be visible and audible to the public at the posted location. The subject to be discussed are listed on the agenda attached hereto and made part of this notice.
