Public Notice of Meeting for the Odessa Elderly Housing Corporation (OEHC)

Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March, 2026, The Odessa Elderly Housing Corporation Board of Directors will hold a Regular Meeting at 11:45 A.M. in the Board Room of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center located at 124 E. 2nd Street, Odessa, Texas 79761. A quorum of the Board will be physically present at this location. One or more Commissioners/Board Members may participate remotely by video conference pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.127. The meeting will be visible and audible to the public at the posted location. The subject to be discussed are listed on the agenda attached hereto and made part of this notice.

2. Public Comments (3-minute limit)

3. Discuss and consider taking action to approve the minutes from the Board of Commissioners meeting held on October 29, 2025.

4. Presentation and discussion of the property management report for the period ending February 28, 2026, for Key West Senior Village Phase I & Phase II.

5. Discuss and consider taking action to approve the financial reports for the period October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 (fiscal year-end), and January 1, 2026, through February 28, 2026 (current fiscal year), for Key West Senior Village Phase I & Phase II.

6. Discuss and consider taking action to accept the independent audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and to authorize the distribution of surplus cash in accordance with the partnership agreement, as recommended by MGroup, for Key West Senior Village Phase I & Phase II. 

7. Discuss and consider taking action to approve authorization to enter into executive session under the Texas Government Code: 

     A. 551.071 - Consultation with attorney

8. Discuss and consider taking action regarding consultation with attorney.

9. Discuss and consider taking action to adjourn.
