  3. Discuss and Consider taking action to approve the minutes from the Board of Directors' meeting held on May 27, 2026

  4. Discuss and Consider taking action to approve the Interim Secretary Report.

  5. Discuss and Consider taking action to approve the May, June and July, 2026 Financial Reports and other related documents for Key West Senior Village Phase I & Phase II.

  6. Discuss and Consider taking action to approve the May and June, 2026 TexPool Accounts.

  7. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding extension to file IRS Form 990.

  8. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Consolidated Truist Bank Statements for May, June and July, 2026.

  9. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Lument Mortgage Loan Statement for Key West Senior Village due by September 1, 2026.

  10. Discuss and consider taking action to approve authorization to enter into Executive Session under the Texas Government Code:
    1. 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: legal advice regarding the personnel matter and associated obligations.

    2. 551.076 & 551.089 - Security Devices or Security Audits: Deliberation regarding Housing Authority Security Personnel or devices, Security Assessments or deployments relating to Information Resources Technology, network security information and the possible employment of Security Personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.

    3. 551.071 - Consultation with Legal Counsel Regarding the amended and Restated Company agreement of OEHC Key West II SLP, LLC.

  11. Reconvene in Open Session.

  12. Discuss and consider taking action regarding Consultation with Attorney.

  13. Discuss and consider taking action to adjourn.
