Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of November, 2026, the Odessa Elderly Housing Corporation Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting at 11:45 AM, in the Board Room of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center located at 124 E. 2nd Street, Odessa, Texas 79761. The subjects to be discussed are listed on the agenda attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

- Discuss and Consider taking action to approve the minutes from the Board of Directors' meeting held on October 22, 2026.
- Discuss and Consider taking action to approve the Interim Secretary Report, if applicable.
- Discuss and Consider Ratifying the action to approve the Proposed Insurance Renewal from State Farm Agency for Key West Senior Village and Phase II.
- Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the 2027 Proposed Budgets for Key West Senior Village and Phase II.
- Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the January, 2027 meeting date and time.
