The Housing Authority of the City of Odessa, Texas, an equal opportunity employer, is accepting applications for the position of CEO/Executive Director. Under the direction of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, the CEO/Executive Director has total responsibility for administering, managing, maintaining, planning, and directing the Agency's programs. The CEO/Executive Director is responsible for the safekeeping of all property and records and is the Agency's primary liaison with the Board of Commissioners, U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and state and local entities.
A master's degree in public administration, business administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, and seven years of responsible managerial experience in public housing or regulatory agency, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the ability to fulfill the essential job duties of the position. Salary will be determined by experience and qualifications.
