1. Call to order, establish the quorum and Invocation.
   
   
2. Discuss and Consider Introduction/Welcome of the newly appointed Resident Commissioner.
   
   
3. Public comments - (3-minute limit, please).
   
   
4. Discuss and consider taking action to approve the Minutes of the July 1, 2026 meeting. 
   
   
5. Discuss and Consider taking action to approve the Interim Executive Director Report to include the Staff Summary Reports and the TML Board of Trustees Election.
   
   
6. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Procurement updates for the Third-Party Fee Accountant to assist the Finance Department of the Housing Authority with Professional Accounting Services, Bookkeeping and/or other Associated Finance Obligations; the Contract for Securing the ED/CEO Position and the Quality Control Personnel Contract (3) separate Contracts.
   
   
7. Discuss and  Consider taking action regarding the updated TexPool Account(s) for HACOOT and OSHP.
   
   
8. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Loan Payments and Ground Lease for Key West Senior Village.
   
   
9. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the request to increase the newly published FY2026 FMR's to 110% based upon Bedroom Size.
   
   
10. Discuss and Consider taking action if applicable for the Housing Agency Retirement Trust for quarter ending June 30, 2026.
    
    
11. Discuss and Consider taking action to approve authorization to enter into Executive Session under the Texas Government Code:
    1. 551.076 & 551.089 - Security Devices or Security Audits: Deliberation regarding Housing Authority Security Personnel or devices, Security Assessments or deployments relating to Information Resources Technology, network security information and the possible employment of Security Personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.
       
       
    2. 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: legal advice regarding Personnel Matters, security devices/audits and associated obligations.
       
       
12. Reconvene in Open Session.
    
    
13. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Housing Authority Security Personnel or devices, Security Assessments or employments relating to information resources technology, network security information, and the possible employment of Security Personnel, critical infrastructure or security devices.
    
    
14. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding Consultation with Attorney.
    
    
15. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the next Board Meeting on September 30, 2026.
    
    
16. Discuss and Consider taking action to adjourn.
