Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of October, 2026, The Housing Authority City of Odessa, Texas Board of Commissioners will hold a Regular Meeting at 11:45 AM, in the Board Room of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center located at 124 E. 2nd Street, Odessa, Texas 79761. The subjects to be discussed are listed on the agenda attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

  5. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Corrective Action Plan for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2025 Audit Findings if applicable.

  6. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the updated TexPool Account(s) for HACOOT and OSHP if applicable.

  7. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Waterfall Distribution for Key West Senior Village I and Phase II if applicable.

  8. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Bank Account for WTCOPHA'S if applicable.

  9. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Engagement Letter for Auditing Service FY Ending 09/30/2026 for all Programs if applicable.

  10. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the Housing Choice Voucher Program CY-2026 Revised Renewal Funding if applicable.

  11. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding the revised Procurement Policy if applicable.

  12. Discuss and Consider taking action to approve authorization to enter into Executive Session under the Texas Government Code:
    1. 551.071 - Consultation with the Attorney: legal advice regarding Personnel Matters and Associated Obligations.

  13. Reconvene in Open Session.

  14. Discuss and Consider taking action regarding Consultation with the Attorney if applicable.
