Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of 2026, the Housing Authority City of Odessa, Texas Board of Commissioners will hold a Regular Meeting at 11 A.M, in the Board Room of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center located at 124 E. 2nd Street, Odessa, Texas 79761. The subjects to be discussed are listed on the agenda attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

5. Discuss and review the staff summary reports for the period ending December 31, 2025.
   
   
6. Discuss and consider taking action to approve the year-to-date financial reports for all HACOOT Programs for the period ending December 31, 2025.
   
   
7. Discuss and consider taking action to approve the investment reports for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, for all HACOOT Programs.
   
   
8. Discuss and consider taking action to approve the CEO's report.
   
   
9. Discuss and consider taking action to approve authorization to enter into Executive Session under the Texas Government Code:
