Comprehensive Insurance Coverage Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Odessa (HACOOT) hereby gives public notice that it is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Comprehensive Insurance Coverage, including, but not limited to:

• General Liability
• Automobile Liability & Physical Damage
• Workers' Compensation
• Property Insurance (Real & Personal, including Boiler & Machinery, Flood, and Earthquake)
• Errors & Omissions Liability
• Cyber Coverage

Coverage shall begin effective October 1, 2025.

Sealed proposals must be received no later than 12:00 PM on August 6, 2025, at the address listed above. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with HUD regulations, including 24 CFR Part 85 and HUD Procurement Handbook 7460.8 REV 2.

OHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the RFP process, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Authority.
