Odessa Housing Authority - Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Hearing
The Odessa Housing Authority (OHA) invites the public to review and comment on the following draft documents:

• FY 2025 - FY 2029 Five-Year Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan Outlines OHA's long-term goals and strategies for delivering safe, affordable housing to eligible families.
• Five-Year Capital Fund Action Plan Details the planned use of capital funds for modernization, rehabilitation, and physical improvements of public housing properties.
• FY 2025 Annual PHA Plan Describes OHA's immediate priorities, programs, and services to be implemented during the upcoming fiscal year.
• Updated Admissions and Continued Occupancy P olicy (ACOP) Revised to reflect recent HUD regulatory changes, including HOTMA compliance and updated procedures for applicant eligibility and occupancy.

Public Comment Period

A 45-day public comment period will begin on June 7, 2025, and end on July 21, 2025. Draft documents will be available for review at the following locations during regular business hours:
